Introducing the Long Barn - New for Spring 2025 - This beautifully renovated stone-built cottage is within the grounds of Garston House Farm and has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, style, and space for up to 8 guests.

Blending rustic charm with modern luxury, The Long Barn is a spacious retreat perfect for families or groups looking for a beautiful countryside getaway on the edge of the

Peak District National Park.

At the heart of the Long Barn is a contemporary open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The kitchen is a contemporary space fitted with all the modern conveniences you'd expect including an electric oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a wine cooler,

a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

The open-plan living and dining area offers modern design incorporating a corner sofa, a smart TV and spacious dining/ seating for 8, plus sufficient space for a wheelchair and pram.

When bedtime is imminent , accommodation includes 4 bedrooms;

- 1 ground-floor double with it's own accessible neighboring wet room

- 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, one with it's own en-suite

- 1 twin bedroom with an additional shower room

All bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, bedding, towels and hairdryer.

Full length mirrors on both floors.

Step outside and you'll find the Long Barn's private outdoor space, complete with a wooden framed covered seating area and outdoor controlled heating and lighting - perfect for enjoying long summer evenings whatever the weather.

To compliment this luxury outdoor space, is an undercover, bespoke, brick built food preparation area complete with a wood fired Ninja (grill, air-fry and roast). Allowing you to fully embrace the outdoor living.

A small, dedicated area for children to play completes the outdoor offering, so the little ones can stay entertained while you relax and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
